The experience

The class starts in the wine tasting yurt with four different varietals on the table in front of you. You taste each one, then blend them to create your own Enchanting varietal: the mix stays in a glass you keep while you move through the rest of the experience. This is not a lecture about wine. You are making decisions about what goes into your bottle from the start.

After tasting, you walk through the winery itself to see the equipment and process that turns grape juice into wine. The guide explains what happens at each stage, then you move into the bottling area where the hands-on part takes over. You fill your personalized blend into a bottle, cork it, wax seal it, and add a custom label with your photo from the evening. The bottle is yours to take home and drink.

The whole experience runs two hours. The yurt and winery are both wheelchair accessible, and the class is built for people 21 and older. If you are planning this as a date night or a small group outing, the blend you create is something you made together, which is different from tasting wine someone else chose.
