From there, the route typically includes J Vineyards and Winery, which specializes in sparkling wines and pairs seasonal ingredients with tastings, and Rodney Strong Vineyards, a historic producer of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay with seated tastings and vineyard tours available. If Coppola is closed, Jordan Winery replaces it on the itinerary.
