The experience

The tour runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, and the route is yours to decide. You meet your driver in the morning, talk through what you want to see (whether that's a scenic drive with panoramic views, a history tour hitting Blackbeard's Castle and Fort Christian, a hike at Magen's Bay, or snorkeling at Secret Harbor and Sapphire Beach), and then head out. Some groups move slowly and hit a handful of spots. Others pack in as much as the day allows. Your driver knows the island's hidden corners and can steer you toward places beyond the usual stops if you ask.

The jeep is new, and it comes stocked: snorkel gear with fins sized to your feet, beach chairs, a cooler full of ice, unlimited rum and vodka with mixers, water, soda and juice, plus Tervis tumblers to keep drinks cold. Swim vests are on board, and you can request pickup from your private villa or choose from several hotel and resort locations around the island. The pace and the stops are completely up to you. There's no fixed itinerary to rush through.
