The experience

The XLine Dubai Marina is the longest urban zipline in the world, and it launches you from the top of Amwaj Towers straight across the water toward Dubai Marina Mall. You accelerate to 80 kilometers per hour on a 16-degree incline, and the whole thing takes maybe two or three minutes, but it's the kind of two minutes where your brain stops narrating and just registers the speed, the wind, the skyline getting closer. Safety gear is provided and fitted before you go, so you're not thinking about equipment. You're thinking about whether you're actually doing this.
