Speedboat tour Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab & Atlantis: 90 minutes

See Dubai's landmarks from the water instead of the shore

A 90-minute speedboat tour of Dubai's coastal landmarks (Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis and Ain Dubai) aboard a RIB boat with a live English-speaking guide and bottled water. You can shift your departure time up to 3 hours in advance at no cost. Children from age 3 are welcome. Infants sit on an adult's lap.

Step-by-step itinerary

Speedboat tour of Dubai landmarks

• Stop to see Atlantis and Atlantis the Royal
• Pass by Ain Dubai observation wheel
• Cruise around The Palm with photo stops
• Pass by Burj Al Arab and take photos

The experience

The boat leaves multiple times daily between 9:00am and 7:45pm, so you pick the slot that fits your day. You'll ride in a RIB speedboat equipped with GPS, VHF radio and life jackets, moving fast enough that the view changes constantly. The crew helps you frame shots at each stop: Atlantis and Atlantis the Royal first, then Ain Dubai (the observation wheel on its own island), then around The Palm at speed with the Atlantis hotel as your backdrop, and finally past the Burj Al Arab, the sail-shaped hotel that looks different every angle you see it from.

The guide is there the whole time, pointing out what's coming and answering questions. Bottled water is free on board. If your plans shift (a late breakfast, a meeting that runs over), you can change your time or day up to 3 hours before departure without paying anything extra. That flexibility is built in, not an add-on.

Top questions

Can children come?

Yes. Ticket types: Child (3 to 12 years). Under 3: they can't be included in the booking.

What happens if it rains?

It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24h before the start.

What's the difference between seeing these landmarks from a speedboat versus from the shore?

From the water, the scale and the geometry shift. The Burj Al Arab looks like a sail catching the light; the Palm's shape becomes clear; Atlantis sits against the sea instead of the skyline. The crew stops at photo points where the landmarks line up the way they photograph best, and the speed means you're moving through the scene rather than standing still in front of it.

Can I change my tour time if my schedule shifts?

Yes. You can change your departure time or date up to 3 hours before the tour starts, and there's no extra charge for doing it.

What do I need to bring or wear?

Life jackets are provided and required. Wear clothes that can get wet or bring a change. The boat moves fast and spray happens. Sunscreen and sunglasses are a good idea. Bottled water is on board.

How fast does the boat go?

The RIB boats have fast engines and are built for speed. The pace is part of what makes the tour work. You cover all four major landmarks in 90 minutes because the boat moves quickly between stops.

What happens if the weather is rough?

The tour runs in most conditions, but the operator may cancel or reschedule if sea conditions become unsafe. Check the weather forecast for the day you're booked.
