The experience

The pickup happens at your hotel in a luxury 4x4, not a small van: the vehicle itself signals what the rest of the day will be. The drive to the desert is slow and steady, and once you reach the red dunes, the off-roading starts. Dune bashing in a 4x4 is the core of the experience: the driver navigates steep slopes and valleys while you sit back and feel the desert shift beneath you. If you want something different, quad biking and dune buggies are available to arrange separately.

After the drive, you arrive at a 5-star desert camp built around authentic Arabian culture. A guide walks you through the camp and its setup. The entertainment runs all evening: two belly dance shows on Arabic music, a Tanura dance performance with colorful lighting, and a fire show. Between performances, you can get henna tattoos, smoke flavored Arabic shisha in a dedicated area, and wear traditional Arabic costume for photographs. Dinner is a buffet with live BBQ, served while the shows continue.
