The Experience

What makes Aya Universe different from a standard museum or gallery is that you don't walk through it passively—you interact with everything. The park opens with Aurora, where your gestures control the artwork, then moves through Source, Drift, Outland and Pool areas where the installations respond to touch and movement. You'll lie back on a vibrating hillside, navigate a river of color that generates storms, and stand beneath an upside-down waterfall. The spaces are designed so that every few steps presents something you can play with or move through rather than simply observe.

The second half of the experience takes you through Celestia and Flora zones, where beams of light project visions of the cosmos across the chambers. The journey ends at Harmonia, where a robotic light show brings together the themes of the earlier zones. Throughout the park, you'll encounter creatures and interactive elements that exist nowhere else—the installations are built specifically for this space and don't travel to other venues. The social experience matters here too; the zones are designed for groups to move through together, and the photo opportunities are built into the architecture itself rather than added as an afterthought.

You can spend as much or as little time in each zone as you want—some people move through in 90 minutes, others stay closer to the full 2 hours. The park is located on Level 1 of Dubai Mall with parking at P3 Fountain View (Entrance B). If you book a ticket that includes both Aya Universe and House of Hype, your second park pass remains valid for 30 days, so you don't have to visit both on the same day. Transport from your hotel is optional and added at checkout; without it, you arrange your own way to Dubai Mall.
