The experience

"The driver's already here with your name on a sign." That's the text you get, and it changes everything about leaving Abu Dhabi. No hunting for a taxi rank, no haggling over the meter, no wondering if you're being routed the long way. A professionally-trained driver meets you in your hotel reception, helps with luggage, and you're in a luxury van heading to AUH airport while you finish your coffee. The whole thing is priced before you book (all taxes, tolls and gratuities included), so there's no surprise at the end.

The van holds up to six people, which means if you're traveling with family or colleagues, you split the cost and still get the same level of service. The driver waits for twenty minutes at your hotel at no extra charge, so if you're running five minutes late or need to grab something from your room, it's already built in. Bottled water is in the van. The route to AUH takes the straightforward way, and the driver knows the airport layout well enough to drop you at the right terminal entrance.

What makes this different from a standard taxi or ride-share is the consistency. Every driver is licensed, insured and regulated. You're not gambling on who shows up or what condition the car is in. The price you see is the price you pay: no surge pricing at 6am, no "airport fee" added at check-in. If you're traveling with children, infant seats are available on request. The service works for solo travelers, families, and small groups heading out on the same flight or different ones.

Top questions

What languages is the tour guided in?

Live guide in English and Arabic.

How early should I book the transfer before my flight?

Book at least 24 hours in advance. Provide your flight time and hotel address when you reserve so the driver can plan the pickup time to get you to AUH with a comfortable buffer.

What if my flight is very early in the morning?

The service operates from early morning onwards. Confirm your pickup time when you book, and the driver will be at your hotel reception at the agreed time.

Is the price the same for one person as for six?

No. The van can be shared by up to six passengers, and the cost is per booking, not per person. Sharing with others reduces the per-person cost.

What happens if I'm delayed and the twenty minutes of free wait time runs over?

The twenty minutes are included. If you need longer, contact the service in advance and they will advise on any additional charges.

Are child car seats included?

Specialized infant seats are available on request. Mention that you're traveling with children when you book so a seat can be prepared.

Does the price include tips?

Yes. Gratuities are included in the all-inclusive rate, so there are no additional tips expected.

What if my flight is delayed and I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. Check the cancellation policy when you book or contact the service directly.
