The experience

The moment you clear arrivals at Abu Dhabi Airport, your assigned driver is there holding a name board with your name on it. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no wondering if the car that pulls up is actually yours. The driver has your flight details and knows exactly when you're landing, and if your flight is delayed or baggage takes longer than expected, they're still there waiting. That's the whole point of this transfer.

You get a choice of vehicle: a standard sedan if it's just you or a couple of people, or a van or SUV if you're traveling with luggage, kids, or a small group. Either way, the driver knows Abu Dhabi and takes you straight to your hotel or wherever you're headed in the city. Parking fees are already covered, so there's no surprise charge when you arrive. The route is straightforward: no detours, no upselling, just the direct ride from the airport into town.

If you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized car seats are available on request. The whole thing is built around the reality of landing tired and wanting to get to your accommodation without thinking about logistics. You share your flight number and hotel address when you book, and the driver handles the rest.

What’s included

Your transfer includes hotel or destination pickup from Abu Dhabi Airport, a private vehicle (sedan or SUV depending on group size), driver who has your flight details and waits for delays, and all parking fees. Specialized infant seats are available on request.
