The day starts with pickup from your hotel and a short drive to the ATV office in Göreme, where you get your helmet and safety information before heading out. Once you're on the ATV, the route takes you first to Rose Valley, where you'll stop for 15 minutes to take photos and see the landscape. From there you move into Çavuşin Old Villages, nestled between Avanos and Göreme, where a 15-minute stop lets you walk through the settlement that sits in the Red Valley. The houses here were abandoned after the 1924 population exchange between Greece and Turkey, and the valley itself widens gradually around the village.

The final stop is Love Valley, where you spend 20 minutes watching the mushroom-shaped rock formations. The fairy chimneys the valley is named for. If you've chosen the sunset departure, this is where you'll see it. The ride itself is the point: you're controlling the ATV through the terrain, not sitting in a vehicle while someone else drives.
