The Experience

You operate the ATV yourself—not a passenger. Before the ride starts, the operator fits you with a helmet, mask and bonnet, then walks through how to handle the quad bike on the track. This matters because the valleys ahead have uneven ground, tight turns and steep sections, so a few minutes of setup on flat terrain means you arrive at the first stop confident instead of cautious. The guide rides ahead and sets the pace; you follow the route they choose.

Kılıçlar Valley opens first, a stop where the volcanic rock formations and the view across the valley give you a place to breathe and take photos. Love Valley comes next—you climb to a higher point and watch the landscape spread out below, with time to rest and grab water. Girls Monastery is a carved structure built into the fairy chimneys; you can walk inside and see the dovecote cave behind it, a small chamber carved into the rock where pigeons once nested. If you chose the sunset tour, Rose Valley is your final stop, and you watch the light change across the red stone walls as the sun drops.

The ride itself is the point—steering through the valleys, feeling the terrain shift under the quad, stopping when the guide stops. After the last valley, you return to the ATV track, hand over the helmet and gear, and get driven back to your hotel. The whole outing, from pickup to drop-off, fits into the window you chose: 1 hour, 2 hours, or the longer sunset version that stretches into evening.
