Once there, you move through four separate activities in sequence: white-water rafting on the canyon's roaring river, where you navigate challenging rapids as part of a team; a quad bike or buggy safari across the terrain; a zipline crossing; and a jeep ride through the landscape. Between activities, lunch is served. All the gear you need (helmet, life jacket, paddles) comes with the booking, and water shoes are available to rent on-site if you don't bring your own.

The rafting portion takes place on the river itself, where the current and the canyon walls do most of the work. Your job is to paddle in sync with the others and hold on. The buggy and quad options let you choose which vehicle suits you, and both cover the same ground. The zipline and jeep rides round out the afternoon.
