The experience

The day starts with hotel pickup and a ride to the quad station in the foothills. Once there, you get a safety briefing and a short test ride to get comfortable with the automatic bike: no experience needed, and the machines are built to handle beginners. After that, you ride for roughly 1.5 hours through pine forests, across muddy roads and through streams, navigating the rugged terrain of the Turkish countryside with your guide leading the way.

The track itself is muddy, dusty and uneven, so expect to get dirty. Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting soiled. Clean or white clothing will not stay that way. The terrain changes as you ride (forest, water crossings, steep sections), and the guide sets the pace so everyone stays together. By the end, you'll have seen a side of Antalya that doesn't show up on the coast, and you'll be covered in the evidence of it.

After the ride, the guide brings you back to the station and then returns you to your hotel. Bring a change of clothes if you're heading somewhere else afterward. A shower before dinner is a good idea.
