The experience

The day starts with a walk along a jungle trail that leads to the Emerald Pool, a natural pond fed by fresh water and ringed by limestone. You swim in the turquoise water, locals call it Sra Morakot, and then hike to the Blue Pool at the stream's source. After that comes the Wareerak Hot Spring Spa, where you soak in naturally heated mineral water in a private setting away from crowds.
