The day starts with a swim in the Emerald Pool, a freshwater pond inside the Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve where mineral-rich runoff from the limestone hills gives the water its distinctive green-blue hue. The pool spans 120 square meters and sits deep in the jungle, reached by a short forest walk that passes through an intact ecosystem. After swimming, you head to the Hot Spring Waterfall at Namtok Ron Khlong Thom, where natural hollows in the creek fill with spring water heated to 35–40°C—warm enough to soak in like a natural hot tub while the waterfall cascades nearby.

The second half of the day is the Tiger Cave Temple, also called Wat Tham Suea. The climb is the centerpiece: 1,260 steps up a 309-meter cliff to the summit, where you stand among tall Buddha statues and the cave formations that gave the temple its name. The reward is the view—limestone cliffs and rainforest spreading across Krabi in every direction. The hike is steep and takes effort, but the operator notes it is suitable for all fitness levels.

A guide in English leads the whole day and handles the route between stops.
