A 3-hour jet ski activity from Koh Samui where you operate your own machine to Pig Island, Five Islands and Koh Tan, with a guide leading the route, hotel pickup, snorkeling equipment and bottled water included. Riders and passengers both welcome (children 8–17 ride as passengers only); the destination shifts between Koh Mudsum and Koh Phangan depending on conditions and your booking choice. The Experience

You pick up the jet ski at Maenam beach on Koh Samui's north shore, get a safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the machine, pull on a life jacket, and then you're riding. The guide leads the way, and you follow at your own pace through the open water. Morning trips head south toward the small islands; afternoon trips go to Koh Phangan's quieter beaches like Bottle Beach or Than Sadet. The route changes based on weather and which option you booked, but the islands themselves are the point — you're not sitting in a tour boat watching them pass.

Pig Island is the main stop on most routes: you beach the jet ski, walk around, and photograph the pigs that roam there. From there, the guide takes you past Five Islands to look for swallow nests in the rock formations. If time allows and conditions permit, you anchor at Koh Tan for a snorkeling break with the equipment provided. The whole thing runs three hours from start to finish, including the ride back to your hotel.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, so you don't arrange transport to the beach. Bottled water comes along, and snorkeling gear is in the package. The guide speaks English and stays with the group throughout. Beginners are welcome — the briefing covers everything — and if you're riding with a passenger, they sit behind you on the jet ski. Children aged 8 to 17 must ride as passengers only, not as operators.

Can I ride a jet ski if I've never done it before?

What's the difference between the Koh Mudsum and Koh Phangan options?

The Koh Mudsum route takes you to Pig Island, Five Islands and Koh Tan for snorkeling. The Koh Phangan route goes to beaches like Bottle Beach, Haad Tien, Haad Yuan and Than Sadet Beach instead. Both are 3 hours; the guide decides which one based on weather and sea conditions on the day.

Can my child ride on the jet ski with me?

Children aged 8 to 17 can ride as passengers on the jet ski behind you, but they cannot operate it themselves. Younger children are not permitted. Each jet ski fits two people, so a child can sit behind the rider.

Is snorkeling equipment included?

Yes, snorkeling gear is included in the activity. You stop at Koh Tan if time allows, and the equipment is provided for that break. Whether you actually snorkel depends on weather and how the timing works out that day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The destination can change without advance notice based on weather conditions. The guide informs you on the spot which route you'll take — either the Koh Mudsum islands or the Koh Phangan beaches. The 3-hour duration stays the same.

Does the price include getting to the beach?

Yes, round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off are included. You're collected from your hotel and returned there after the ride. Hotels at Butterfly, Taling Ngam, Namuang and Lipa Noi are not serviced by this pickup.
