The day starts with pickup in a private vehicle. You choose between a sedan, SUV, large van or luxury van depending on your group size. Nong Phak Chi Observation Tower sits in the open grasslands and is where the wildlife watching happens: wild elephants, deer, hornbills and gibbons move through the area, especially in early morning and late afternoon. From there you head to Haew Suwat Waterfall, the one that appears in The Beach. It flows into a natural pool where you can swim if you bring a change of clothes.
