The experience

The exhibition spreads across two main zones. The Himmapan section holds sand and ice sculptures of forest creatures and plants carved in intricate detail. The Siam Heaven dome, kept at a constant –10°C, houses the largest collection of ice sculptures in the ASEAN region: carved pillars, figures and architectural forms reflecting Thai art and international design. You move between these spaces at your own pace, stopping to examine the detail in each piece and taking photos against the ice backdrops.

An ice slide sits inside one of the chilled playrooms, and an ice bar serves cold drinks while you stand in the freezing air. The experience is built around the contrast: tropical Pattaya outside, Arctic conditions inside. The three-hour window gives you time to walk both zones, try the slide, and absorb the scale of the carving without rushing through. An air-conditioned vehicle picks you up from your hotel, drives you to the site, and returns you when the visit ends.
