Baiyoke Sky Dinner Bangkok Views Restaurant Observation Deck
The Observation Deck is open-air on the 84th floor, so you stand above the city instead of looking at it through glass.
Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok serves lunch or dinner at one of five restaurants spread across the 76th to 82nd floors, each with floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline. You choose your restaurant and sitting time at checkout, then move to the Observation Deck on the 77th floor and the Revolving View Point on the 84th floor after your meal. Entry to both decks is included with your dining option, and a drink is added if you book Crystal Grill or the observation-deck-only option. The experience runs three to five hours depending on your restaurant choice and how long you linger.
Step-by-step itinerary
Dining and city views at Baiyoke Sky
- Dine at Baiyoke Sky Hotel restaurants
- Visit Observation Deck on 77th floor
- Explore open-air Revolving View Point on 84th floor
The Experience
Baiyoke Sky Hotel sits in one of Thailand's tallest buildings, and the restaurants occupy floors 76 through 82. Bangkok Sky Restaurant on the 76th and 78th floors runs an international buffet with Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Western stations, plus live cooking. Stella Palace on the 79th floor focuses on dim sum, roasted meats and seafood in a Chinese-cuisine setting. The Outdoor SkyBox on the 81st floor and Crystal Grill on the 82nd floor both specialize in grilled meats and seafood, with Crystal Grill adding a drink at the Roof Top Bar on the 83rd floor. Indoor Bangkok Balcony offers an international premium buffet as well. Every restaurant gives you the same uninterrupted view of Bangkok spreading out below.
After you finish eating, you move to the Observation Deck on the 77th floor, then climb to the open-air Revolving View Point on the 84th floor. The 77th-floor deck is enclosed; the 84th-floor platform is open to the air, so you get the full sweep of the city without glass in the way. Both are included with your meal. Lunch sittings run from 11am to 3pm at Bangkok Sky Restaurant on the 75th floor, with a maximum of two hours at the table. Dinner has two seatings at Bangkok Sky and Indoor Bangkok Balcony (5pm or 7pm start, two-hour limit), while Outdoor SkyBox, Stella Palace and Crystal Grill let you sit as long as you want during their service windows (5pm to 10pm, 6pm to 9:30pm, and 6pm to 9:30pm respectively). The observation decks stay open from 10am to 10pm if you want to visit them separately.
A guide in English or Thai is included. Children under 80cm in height eat free; those between 80cm and 120cm pay half price; anyone taller than 120cm pays full price (except for the Outdoor Skybox and observation-deck-only bookings, which charge the same rate for all visitors). Infants can ride in a pram or stroller. The dress code is neat casual. Public transportation stops nearby if you're traveling from elsewhere in Bangkok.

Is this one for you?Choose your restaurant based on cuisine and timing: Bangkok Sky and Indoor Bangkok Balcony work if you prefer a fixed two-hour sitting and an early or late start; Outdoor SkyBox, Stella Palace and Crystal Grill suit you if you want to linger over the meal without a clock. The observation-deck-only option skips the meal entirely and costs less if you've already eaten or want just the views and a drink.

Stella Palace on the 79th floor specializes in Chinese dim sum, roasted meats and seafood. Crystal Grill on the 82nd floor focuses on grilled meats and seafood. Outdoor SkyBox on the 81st floor and Indoor Bangkok Balcony both offer international premium buffets. All have floor-to-ceiling city views.
Can I visit just the Observation Deck without eating at a restaurant?
Yes, the Observatory Viewpoint Only option lets you skip the meal and go straight to the Observation Deck on the 77th floor and the open-air Revolving View Point on the 84th floor. This option includes one drink at the Roof Top Bar on the 83rd floor and costs less than a full dining experience.
How long does the experience take?
The experience runs three to five hours depending on which restaurant you choose and how long you sit. Lunch at Bangkok Sky Restaurant has a maximum sitting time of two hours. Dinner at Bangkok Sky and Indoor Bangkok Balcony also limits sittings to two hours, while Outdoor SkyBox, Stella Palace and Crystal Grill allow unlimited sitting during their service windows.
What's included in the meal, and do I get a drink?
Your meal includes the buffet or à la carte options at your chosen restaurant, plus entry to the Observation Deck and Revolving View Point. A complimentary drink at the Roof Top Bar on the 83rd floor is included only if you book Crystal Grill or choose the observation-deck-only option; other restaurants do not include a drink unless you order separately.
What time should I arrive, and when can I visit?
Lunch runs from 11am to 3pm at Bangkok Sky Restaurant on the 75th floor. Dinner at Bangkok Sky and Indoor Bangkok Balcony offers two seatings: 5pm or 7pm start. How are children's prices calculated?
Children's pricing is based on height, not age. Children under 80cm eat free. Those between 80cm and 120cm pay half price. Anyone taller than 120cm pays full price. This rule does not apply to the Outdoor Skybox or observation-deck-only bookings, which charge the same rate for all visitors regardless of height.
