You sleep in 4-season tents on the mountain and stay in a hotel in Moshi the night before and the night after the climb. Three hot meals are served daily on the mountain, plus treated and filtered drinking water throughout. An emergency first-aid kit, oxygen tank, and pulse oximeter travel with the team.

Pickup from Kilimanjaro International Airport is included, along with park entry fees, camping fees, rescue fees, and all equipment except personal gear. The trek requires at least moderate physical fitness; it is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health, or pregnancy. Children from age 10 can join.
