Your driver handles luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or station without stops. The operator has completed over 1,000 airport pickups.

The experience

The driver meets you in the arrival hall at Taoyuan airport with your name on a sign. You walk to the van together, load your bags, and settle in for the drive to Taichung. The route takes roughly 1 hour 40 minutes depending on traffic. Your driver knows the roads and handles the navigation while you rest after your flight.

The van is clean and comfortable, sized for your group. If you're traveling with small children, specialized infant seats are available. The driver helps with luggage at both ends and answers questions about Taichung or your hotel along the way. You give the operator your flight number, hotel address, passenger count and phone number before arrival so the driver can time the pickup and find you quickly.

Top questions

How will the driver know who I am at Taoyuan airport?

Your driver will have your name and will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign. You check your name after you exit customs, and the airport service staff will direct you to the car.

What if my flight is delayed or I land late at night?

Provide your flight number when you book so the driver can track your arrival in real time. The transfer operates whenever you land, and the driver will adjust to your actual arrival time.

Can I request a specific hotel or station as my drop-off point?

Yes. Tell the operator your exact destination (hotel name and address, or the station name) when you provide your booking details, and the driver will take you there directly.

Is luggage space a problem if I'm traveling with several bags?

The van has room for luggage. Your driver helps load and unload your bags at both the airport and your destination, so you don't have to manage them yourself.
