The experience

Most travelers land at Taoyuan International Airport and immediately face the same choice: join the taxi queue, figure out the MRT, or negotiate a price with a stranger. TST's Taipei airport transfer removes that moment entirely. A driver with your flight details already knows when you're landing (even if the plane is late), and is waiting at arrivals with a sign. You walk out, find them, and get into a clean, air-conditioned vehicle heading straight to your hotel. No negotiation. No surprises on the meter.

The fleet runs the full range. Standard sedans work fine for solo travelers or couples. Families and groups up to nine people fit into the larger BENZ vehicles. Every car is maintained to the same standard, and the drivers (most of whom have been with TST for years) know Taipei's routes and traffic patterns well enough to answer questions about neighborhoods, restaurants, or which district suits your plans. The company has been operating for over a decade and holds more than 600 positive reviews, which matters when you're arriving tired and just want to get where you're going without thinking about it.

Pricing is fixed before you book, so you see the total cost upfront. Fuel surcharge and parking fees are included. Nothing gets added at the end. For departures, the same driver can pick you up from your hotel and get you to Taoyuan with the same reliability, which is especially useful if your flight leaves early and public transport schedules feel uncertain. TST has a dedicated customer service team available year-round, and they speak English fluently, so if you need to reschedule or have questions about the route, there's no language barrier.
