The experience

You're picked up at 9am and head straight to the water. The snorkeling excursion runs four hours total: 30 minutes at Coral Garden to warm up, then 90 minutes at Sugar Beach where the reef sits close to shore, then 45 minutes at Turtle Reef where the name is literal. A guide stays with you the whole time, and snorkeling equipment is provided. Between stops there's time to breathe, ask questions and let your eyes adjust to what's below.

The boat is stocked with water, beer, rum punch and soda: drink what you want when you want. Lunch is an authentic local meal (chicken or fish with local sides) served on the boat or on the beach depending on the option you pick. The guide speaks English and knows the reefs well enough to point out what's worth looking at without narrating every fish.

Three options are available at checkout: the Snorkeling Excursion hits the three reefs and Sugar Beach in four hours; the Land and Sea Tour adds a mudbath and waterfall stop on shore, then snorkels the black sand beach and Sugar Beach for five hours total; the Beach Break Tour spends two hours at Sugar Beach and 45 minutes at Anse Chastanet, also five hours. All include the guide, equipment, lunch and drinks. Pickup happens at either 9am or 8:30am depending on which option you choose.
