The experience

The charter leaves from Nevis with a captain who knows the fishing hotspots where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic. You board the 40ft MY DREAM, a standout boat with a tuna tower that gives you views across the water and room to move around the deck. The day runs six hours, and you decide what happens in it: if snorkeling is the draw, the captain takes you to reef sites; if you want to fish, trolling rods are rigged and ready for Mahi, Wahoo, Billfish, Barracuda and Tuna; if you'd rather cruise the coastline and island bars, that works too. The captain's two decades of local knowledge means he reads the water and adjusts on the fly.

All fishing tackle is on board and ready to use. Soft drinks, bottled water, beer and light snacks come with the charter. If you want something specific, special food and drink requests can be arranged for an additional fee. The boat is wheelchair accessible, and infants can ride along (they sit on an adult's lap). A live English-speaking guide is part of the crew, so you're not figuring out the tackle or the reef on your own.
