The experience
This is built for riders who know how to handle an ATV. You'll spend 45 minutes in the saddle across three terrain types (asphalt, gravel and dirt) with 75% of the route off-road and 25% on-road. The ride starts at sea level at Pinney's Beach and climbs to over 400 feet, where you stop at a lookout to take in views of St. Kitts and Bobby Island before dropping back down. A local guide leads the way, and the entire outing from paperwork through photos takes one hour, so it fits into a cruise schedule or a tight window between other plans.
You'll see wildlife and landscape as you ride through terrain that keeps the adrenaline moving. There are no walking stops or points of interest beyond the lookout break. The ride itself is the point. Bottled water comes during the ride. If you're over 18, a local rum punch waits at the end. Bring a moderate level of fitness and comfort with physical exertion. The operator does not recommend this for travelers with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health or pregnancy.
