The experience

The tour leaves from your hotel and heads into the countryside by private tuk tuk, moving through tea plantations and terraced paddy fields toward the first waterfall. Huluganga Waterfall stands 75 meters high and sits in Huluganga Town. You'll buy a ticket there and hike an easy trail to reach it. The guide handles the route and timing, so you move between stops without arranging transport or navigation yourself.

From there you visit Lebanon Estate Waterfall, a 30-meter drop with panoramic views, then JoduElla Waterfall at 45 meters. The hikes are easy and the guide leads them. At one of the falls you get to swim under the water. This is the moment most people remember, the one thing a photo from the ground cannot capture. After the waterfalls you'll taste homemade lump rice, a local dish of rice wrapped in banana leaf, often eaten in rural homes. The tuk tuk ride itself becomes part of the day: you see how people live in the villages, pass working rice paddies and tea estates, and get a sense of the landscape beyond the main tourist routes.
