The experience

A diving instructor walks you through each one, correcting your form as you go. The whole thing takes two hours, split between the setup and the actual swimming.

The location depends on conditions and your comfort: you can work in the shallow beach at Mar Menuda in Tossa de Mar itself, or in a swimming pool if you prefer a controlled space. Either way, the instructor records video during the session so you have footage to share afterward. Snorkelling equipment is included with the class.
