The Experience
Bodegas Bordoy has been making wine since 2000, combining inherited winemaking wisdom with modern technology. The tour starts with a walk through the vineyards where you learn the philosophy behind each wine and how it's produced. You'll see the process from vine to bottle before moving to the tasting area.
The tasting itself happens outdoors under a shaded porch overlooking the vineyard, where you taste 5 wines paired with Majorcan tapas—local fingerfood designed to complement what's in your glass. This isn't a quick pour-and-move setup; the guide walks you through each wine, explaining what makes it distinctive and how the Mallorcan terroir shapes the final product. The whole experience runs about 90 minutes, long enough to understand the wines without feeling rushed.
You choose your language at checkout: English, Spanish, or German. The winery is fully accessible, and children from age 6 onward can join. If you're traveling with a service animal, it's welcome too.
