You drive a manual-transmission jeep through Mallorca's backcountry yourself, following a guide who leads the route and stops at places regular roads don't reach. The route runs four to five hours and mixes off-road driving with water time. The jeeps run manual stick shift, which means you need to be comfortable with that setup before you book — it's a requirement, not an option.
