The experience

The tour covers four of Malaga's monumental sites in a single morning or afternoon. You'll pass the Alcazaba, the Moorish fortress that anchors the old city, then roll past the Plaza de Toros, the 19th-century bullring that still hosts events. From there the route climbs to Gibralfaro Castle, where the views open across the coast and the city below. The final stop is Malagueta Beach, the main strand where the tour ends. A local guide leads the whole route and speaks the language you book in (English, Spanish, French, Russian or one more option), so you get the history and context as you move through each site.

The Segway itself handles the terrain: you stand on the platform, lean forward to go and back to slow, and the machine does the balancing. Helmets are provided and required. Two hours is enough to see all four stops without rushing, though you're moving the whole time rather than lingering long at any single point.
