This eight-hour guided tour from the cruise port covers Lanzarote's volcanic landmarks and César Manrique's creations without waiting in line: Jameos del Agua, Timanfaya National Park, La Geria's vineyards, the Camel Camp, and Laguna Verde. The Experience

The tour leaves the port with a 30-minute drive to Jameos del Agua, the first of César Manrique's art and culture centres, built inside a volcanic tunnel and opened in 1968. The artist transformed the natural lava cave into a single unified work—galleries, a concert hall, a restaurant—that shows his philosophy of creation in harmony with the landscape rather than against it. You walk through the space without a queue, which matters when the port has thousands of passengers on the same day.

From there the route moves through the island's geography: a cliff viewpoint 500 metres above La Graciosa island; the Casa-Museo del Campesino in the geographical centre, where a 15-metre monument made from old ship water tanks and scrap iron honours the island's farmers; La Geria's vineyards, where you stop at a winery for a small tasting in terrain so volcanic and arid that grapes growing there at all is unusual. The Camel Camp comes next—you can ride for 20 minutes if you choose to pay extra, or visit the small museum about the animals' history on Lanzarote instead.

The final stretch reaches Timanfaya National Park, the Fire Mountains. The volcanic eruptions of 1730–1736 lasted six years without stopping and left 200 kilometres of red craters, lava flows and lunar landscape. The park holds one of the largest volcanic activities on record. After that comes Laguna Verde, a crater lake that has become one of the island's main draws, and then a 30-minute drive back to the harbour.
