A two-hour standup paddling and snorkeling activity in Playa Blanca where you paddle over reefs in clear water, then enter the sea to snorkel among colored fish. The guide teaches you the basics of both, provides wetsuit and board, and takes you to the best entry points and underwater spots. Live guide in English, Spanish, Italian or French; pickup included.
The Experience
You start with a short explanation of how to stand and balance on the board, and how to use the mask and snorkel. Then you enter the water in your wetsuit and paddle out over the reefs, where the clarity lets you see what lies below without leaving the board. The guide brings you to the best places to stop, drop in, and swim among the colored fish moving through the reef.
The two activities stack naturally: the paddle gets you to the spots, and the snorkel lets you see what the board skimmed over. You are in the water the whole time, moving between the two without a break or a return to shore in between. The guide stays with you, pointing out where to look and making sure you are comfortable in both positions.
