You get roughly three and a half hours of free time to wander Main Street for shopping, explore the narrow lanes around Casemates Square, or grab a meal before the boat departs.

The boat tour runs for 90 minutes through the Strait of Gibraltar, the narrow passage between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. This is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and dolphins and other cetaceans move through these waters regularly.
