Coasteering in South Mallorca: 2–12 meter jumps with guide
Jump, climb and zip line along the Mallorca coast at your own pace
Coasteering in South Mallorca is a 4-hour guided activity where you jump from coastal cliffs, climb using the local Psicobock technique, and zip line into the sea. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, along with all equipment, a qualified guide, and insurance. You choose how high to jump: starting at 2 meters and progressing to 12 meters if you want to.
The experience
Four hours of movement along the south coast means you start early enough to fit the rest of your day around it. The guide meets you at your hotel or a prearranged point, then transports the group by minivan to the coasteering site. Once there, the jumps begin at 2 meters, shallow enough to build confidence, and you decide whether to progress higher. The 12-meter option is available but entirely optional. The activity works at whatever height feels right for you.
Psicobock, a climbing style unique to Mallorca, is what you'll practice on the rock face between jumps. It's a technique that uses the terrain itself rather than relying on upper-body strength alone. After the climbing section comes the zip line, which drops you straight into the crystal waters below. All equipment (harnesses, helmets, shoes) is provided and fitted to your height, weight and shoe size at booking.
The guide speaks English, Spanish, French, German or one additional language, and everyone on the team speaks Spanish and English as a minimum. Insurance covers the activity, and hotel pickup and drop-off mean no separate transport to arrange. Bring your bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, water and comfortable hiking shoes. Lunch is your own.

Top questions
What languages is the tour guided in?
Live guide in English, Spanish, French, German and Russian.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What's the difference between a 2-meter jump and a 12-meter one in coasteering?
The 2-meter jump is where most people start to get used to the height and water entry. 12 meters is roughly four stories up and requires more nerve, but it's entirely your choice whether to attempt it. The guide will help you progress at your own pace.
What is Psicobock and why is it part of this activity?
Psicobock is a climbing technique developed in Mallorca that uses the natural features of the rock face instead of pure upper-body strength. You'll practice it on the coastal cliffs as part of the movement between jump points.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer to do coasteering?
Coasteering is suitable for all physical fitness levels, and you're jumping into the sea where the water supports you. The guide will assess your comfort in water and adjust the experience accordingly.
What happens if I'm not comfortable jumping from the highest point?
All jumps are optional. You set your own limit. Most people start at 2 meters and decide whether to go higher as the activity progresses. The zip line is the main descent, so you're not forced to jump at all if you prefer to climb down or use the line.
How long does the activity take, and what time does it start?
The activity runs for 4 hours total, including hotel pickup, transport to the site, the coasteering itself, and return drop-off. Your hotel or meeting point pickup time will be confirmed at booking.
