The experience

The dive starts with a safety briefing from your guide, then you enter the warm Caribbean Sea where tropical fish move through colorful coral reefs and sea turtles often swim past. Your guide stays with you throughout, pointing out marine species and keeping watch. The whole outing takes 90 minutes from start to finish.

All snorkel gear is included: mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit if you need one. A local guide leads the tour in English or Spanish, so language is not a barrier. As you glide through the water, you don't need to be a strong swimmer, but you do need to be comfortable in the water and at least moderately fit. The tour is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health, or during pregnancy.

After the dive, you get a complimentary GoPro video capturing highlights of your underwater journey: a way to relive the moment and share it later. If the camera malfunctions, there is no refund for the tour itself, so the video is a bonus, not a guarantee.
