Skip the Taxi Line at San Juan Airport. Get a Driver With Your Name

You get picked up at baggage claim with a name sign, ride in a private vehicle with a trained driver, and arrive at your San Juan or Carolina hotel or Airbnb without arranging transport yourself. Infant seats and pet carriers are available. The service covers the airport-to-accommodation leg only, not onward travel to other regions.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private airport transfer to accommodation

• Meet chauffeur outside baggage claim
• Show name sign to chauffeur
• Board clean, sanitized vehicle
• Travel to hotel or Airbnb in San Juan or Carolina

The Experience

The moment you clear baggage claim at Luis Munoz Marin Airport, you're looking for a familiar face in a sea of strangers. That's when your driver appears with a sign bearing your name, waiting in the passenger pickup area. No hunting for a cab, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no guessing whether you're getting into the right car. The private transfer in San Juan handles the part of arrival that usually feels chaotic, and it's already decided before you land.

Your driver knows the route from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb in San Juan or Carolina. The vehicle arrives clean and sanitized, and if you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized seats are available on request. Pets travel in their carriers. The whole point is that you don't have to think about transportation once you step outside. The car is there, the driver is trained, and you're heading to your accommodation without the usual friction of figuring out how to get across the city.

One thing to note: this service covers San Juan and Carolina municipalities only. If your hotel is in Rio Grande, Dorado, Luquillo or Loiza, you'll need to arrange something else. But within those two cities, from the moment you exit the airport to when you arrive at your door, the transfer is handled. No surprises, no last-minute scrambling for directions or cash.
