You arrive at the Casa BACARDÍ Pavilion in Cataño and begin with a welcome cocktail—choose a Mojito, Daiquiri, or Cuba Libre before the hands-on session starts. An expert mixologist then leads you through the process of building two iconic BACARDÍ cocktails, teaching practical techniques and the art of balancing rum drinks in an interactive setting. You'll have mixology bar tools for individual use during the class, so you're making the drinks yourself, not watching from the side.

The class runs 75 minutes total. After the guided instruction ends, you have time to enjoy the Pavilion views and browse the on-site gift shop, where Casa BACARDÍ Special Reserve—an exclusive premium rum not sold anywhere else—is available for purchase.
