A 5-hour dhow cruise from Khasab through the Musandam fjords with two dedicated snorkeling stops at Telegraph Island and Seebi Island. You swim, snorkel and kayak in clear water, watch for dolphins alongside the boat, and return to port with lunch, drinks and all gear included. A live English-speaking crew assists throughout.

The experience

The dhow departs Khasab Port at 10:00 AM and sails into Khor Shamm, the fjord system that earned Musandam its nickname, the "Norway of Arabia." You'll cruise past dramatic mountain walls and anchor at Telegraph Island first, where you enter the water to snorkel the reefs and swim in the shallows. Snorkeling equipment is provided, and the crew stays on hand to help. After an hour there, the boat returns to serve a freshly prepared buffet lunch on deck: an open Oriental Arabic spread with tea, coffee, fresh fruit and soft drinks available throughout the day.

The second stop is Seebi Island, where you have time to kayak, swim again or simply float in the clear water. Dolphins often appear alongside the dhow during the cruise, and the crew will point them out as they surface and jump. You'll also have the chance to try recreational fishing from the boat if you want. Towels are provided, and the boat has toilet and shower facilities on board. The return to Khasab Port takes place around 3:30–4:00 PM.
