The experience

The tasting starts with an aroma experience of the botanicals, then moves to a tutored tasting of three gins: Smidgin Classic, Velvet and Orient. After the tour, you sit down to two "Perfect Serve" cocktails, each one built to show a different flavor side of the gin. Bottled water and snacks come throughout. The whole experience runs about an hour.
