The experience
You start with a light white wine and learn the winery's history and vineyard practices from your sommelier, whose knowledge shapes how you taste each pour. The rosé and red wines follow, each paired with cheese, bread and prosciutto so the food brings out what's in the glass. The experience closes with Vinjak, a digestive spirit that rounds out the tasting.
The tasting room itself sits in Ladies Bar in the heart of Skopje, designed with soft lighting, rustic wooden tables and crystal glasses. A sommelier who speaks English or Serbian guides the whole session, weaving the story of each wine into the tasting so you understand what you're drinking, not just the flavors. Bottled water is included throughout.
