The experience

Day one takes you from Skopje through National Park Mavrovo, passing Bigorski, the DUF springs and Struga before reaching Ohrid. The route moves through the park's forested terrain and mountain passes, ending with a night at a 4-star hotel in Ohrid. Dinner is included.

Day two starts with a city tour of Ohrid itself, then moves to the sites around Lake Ohrid: Kaneo and Plaoshnik, both ancient church complexes on the water's edge. The day continues to St. Naum, the monastery complex at the southern end of the lake where the water's underground springs surface. Lunch is included before the return drive to Skopje.
