The Experience

Most people see Milford Sound from a day boat, standing shoulder-to-shoulder on deck for a few hours before heading back to town. You anchor here instead. The second day is yours to shape. You can take out a kayak and paddle into the quieter arms of the sound, or use the tender boat to get closer to the waterfalls and rock walls.
