Madurodam comes next: a one-hour experience of the entire Netherlands compressed into exact 1:25-scale replicas of buildings, streets and landmarks. The models stay meticulously maintained, with greenery kept to 60 centimeters high, and interactive stations let you step into roles like lock keeper, dike guard or pilot. From there, the driver takes you to photograph the Binnenhof (the Dutch Parliament) and the Peace Palace from outside, with an optional stop at the International Criminal Court if time allows.

The afternoon moves to Delft, where you enter the Royal Delft Museum: the only remaining factory museum of Delft pottery production.
