You're picked up from your Marrakech hotel or riad around 7:30 AM and driven roughly three hours through the Atlas foothills, passing traditional Berber settlements on the way to Ouzoud. A short stop for coffee and a bathroom break breaks up the drive. Once you arrive at the falls, the day splits depending on which option you booked: a local guide leads you on a moderate hike through olive groves and down scenic trails to multiple viewpoints, or you explore at your own pace. Either way, you have free time to walk, photograph, and take in the landscape.

The boat ride happens at the base of the falls. A traditional ride that takes you close to the cascades themselves. This is included in the guided and private options.
