The experience
Your ride starts in Tamraght with a safety briefing and helmet, goggles and other protective equipment. The guide meets you there after hotel pickup from Agadir or Taghazout, then leads you onto the trails: some along the beach, others through peaceful countryside dotted with argan trees. The pace is relaxed, built for riders of all levels, so you're not fighting the horse or the terrain. You're moving through it at a walk.
The route takes you past the Atlantic Ocean and up into the surrounding mountains, with stops at scenic points where the view opens up enough to make photos worth taking. You'll have time to breathe, to notice the landscape, and to let the horse find its footing. Partway through, there's a break for traditional Moroccan mint tea, a moment to sit and let the ride settle before heading back to Tamraght.
The whole experience runs two hours from start to finish. Your guide speaks English, French or Arabic, and the pickup from your hotel in Agadir or Taghazout means you don't arrange your own transport to the starting point.

Is the pickup from my hotel included?
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off from Agadir or Taghazout is included in the booking.
What's the landscape like around Tamraght and Taghazout?
The area mixes Atlantic coastline with inland countryside and argan forests on the slopes above. You'll ride through both, so the scenery shifts from ocean views to tree-lined trails and mountain slopes.
