The experience

Floatation therapy works by removing external input: you float on your back in a tank filled with water at skin temperature and saturated with 550 kg of Epsom salt, completely isolated from light and sound. The salt density means you cannot sink. This thermal neutrality (where you cannot distinguish the boundary between your body and the water) creates what the operator describes as floating in space. The total absence of distraction gives your mind a genuine break, reducing stress and improving sleep while your muscles relax. After 45 minutes you shower off the salt, then move directly to the massage room.

The second half is a 45-minute massage using pure argan oil and organic essential oils, designed to deepen the relaxation the float began. Afterward you move to the relaxation room, where tea or coffee is offered and you have time to settle before heading back. The whole session lasts two hours from arrival. Pickup and drop-off are included, along with a bathrobe, hair dryer, moisturizing cream, shampoo and shower gel.
