The experience

The tour starts at a meeting point where you mount a camel for the ride into the dunes. The camp sits deep in Erg Chebbi, 10 tents spread across the sand, each one 26 square meters with a king-size bed, a single bed, and a private shower with hot water. After arrival, you walk to the high dunes to watch the sunset and photograph the light across the sand. Dinner is served in a communal space with panoramic views of the dunes, followed by live music played on traditional Berber drums and time to stargaze in the open air.

The second morning starts early to catch the sunrise from the dunes. After breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the sand, you ride camels back through Erg Chebbi to your car, or return by Jeep if you prefer. Buffet-style breakfast and dinner both days are included, along with tea, sandboarding in the dunes, and the drum party.
