From there, the route passes Perast, a Venetian-era town with baroque palaces and narrow stone streets that line the water. You'll cruise through Verige, the narrowest point of the bay, and hear stories of Mamula Island's 19th-century fortress and its use as a prison during World War II. The skipper shares Cold War details as you approach the former submarine tunnels in the Bay of Tivat, once a top-secret military site, now open to visitors. Each stop has its own layer of Montenegro's past, woven into the day as you move between them.

The Blue Cave is the final swim. Because motorized engines are banned inside to protect the natural environment, your boat anchors 10–20 meters from the entrance and you swim in. Life jackets are provided, and the water glows with a blue luminescence that photographs best with a waterproof phone case (available onboard, subject to availability). The silence (no engine noise, no crowds) is part of what makes it work. Snorkeling masks are included, and drinking water is onboard throughout.
