When you land at Tulum Airport, a WhatsApp message arrives telling you exactly where the SUV is parked: no hunting through arrivals, no guessing whether the car is still coming. The vehicle itself carries Wi-Fi so you can message ahead, bottled water to drink on the 45-minute ride, and facial wipes. Two Corona beers per passenger are included if you're over 18. You choose your destination zone when you book: hotels in Tulum proper (downtown or the hotel zone), North Tulum (Dreams Tulum, Bahia Tankah, Bahia Soliman), Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, or Bacalar.
