The experience

Once you book, the company tracks your flight and confirms the pickup 100%. If your arrival changes, you need to notify them at least 24 hours ahead: otherwise a second pickup incurs an extra charge. When you land at Tulum Airport, the driver sends you a WhatsApp message telling you exactly where he's waiting. Even if your flight is delayed, he'll be there.

The driver meets you at the booth marked Black Luxury Service by STP Caribe, holding a tablet with your name. From there, the ride to most Tulum hotels takes around 45 minutes. The minivan has Wi-Fi on board, bottled water and facial wipes for each passenger. You choose your destination zone at checkout: Tulum Centro or Hotel Zone, Tulum North (which includes Dreams Tulum and the Bahia properties), Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, or Bacalar, so the driver knows exactly where to take you.

This ticket covers one arrival transfer only. Infants and small children can travel in a car seat or stroller, and service animals are welcome. The price is set before you ride, so there's no negotiation at the curb and no surprise charges unless you change your flight without warning.
